Cancellation, Exchange, Return & Refund Policy


1. Custom Orders

1.1. All custom-made or made-to-order products (“Custom Orders”) are final and binding upon confirmation.

1.2. Custom Orders are not eligible for cancellation, refund, exchange, or return under any circumstances, due to their personalized and production-specific nature.


2. Regular Orders (Non-Custom)

2.1. All regular (non-custom) orders are produced under a limited, luxury production model.

2.2. Regular Orders may be cancelled within seventy two (72) hours of order placement, subject to a ten percent (10%) deduction on the total order value.

2.3. Cancellation requests submitted after seventy two (72) hours will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.


3. Exchange Policy

3.1. Exchanges are not offered based on customer preference, including but not limited to dislike of design, color, or fit.

3.2. An exchange will only be facilitated in the unlikely event that:
(a) an incorrect item has been delivered; or
(b) the product is defective.

3.3. Any item eligible for exchange must be:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • undamaged
  • returned in original condition

3.4. All exchange requests must be raised within seven (7) days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

3.5. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.


4. Return Policy

4.1. The Company does not offer returns for monetary refunds.

4.2. Returns are only applicable in cases where an incorrect or defective item has been delivered, and such cases will be processed as an exchange, not a refund.

4.3. Any return request must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the order.


5. Refund Policy

5.1. All sales are final and non-refundable.

5.2. No monetary refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.

5.3. In eligible cases (incorrect/defective item), the Company may offer an exchange or store credit, at its discretion, for a product of equal or higher value.


6. Limitation & Exceptions

6.1. Nothing in this policy shall affect customer rights in cases of:

  • non-delivery of order
  • receipt of defective or incorrect items

6.2. The Company reserves the right to review and resolve such cases in accordance with applicable laws.


7. General Provisions

7.1. All requests must be submitted through official communication channels.

7.2. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject requests in accordance with this policy.

7.3. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
